GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation policies are subject to the current fare type at the time of booking.

Exceptions:

The hotel will make a full refund in the following cases:

• Death of a family member in the first degree, within 72 hours prior to the expected arrival, and providing the necessary documentation that certifies it.

• Illness evidenced by a medical certificate.

• Flight inconvenient (verifiable)
